EXPERIENCE DESIGNER
I deliver solutions that drive efficiency and labor savings at scale.
My specialty is untangling system & process to get at the root of the issue. I never stop asking “why” — because shipping the wrong solution is costly. My BFA gave me a strong foundation in visual design prior to obtaining certification in UX/UI Design from The University of Minnesota in 2021.
I spent the past 4 years supporting Supply Chain UX at The Home Depot, where I led end-to-end design of mobile & desktop flows for a Warehouse Management System. Our customer-focused approach drove the success of continuous enhancements in warehousing, including a 12-building platform Legacy conversion.
Key Proficiencies:
Designing for Process-Heavy Workflows
Authoring Documentation (service blueprints, journey maps, task flows, etc.)
Driving User Metrics & Feedback Collection Strategies
Legacy Platform Modernization
Supply Chain Domain Knowledge
I live for the moments when long-frustrated associates use a UX-backed feature for the first time and are in disbelief of how easy it can be to complete tasks.
Prior to transitioning to UX, 7 years in logistics & retail roles trained me in adaptability, problem solving, and being a team player -- but above all left me with an innate empathy for frontline users.
The digital tools used everyday to keep our critical industries running can and should be easy to use.
