UX DESIGNER

I design Enterprise UX solutions that drive operational efficiency and labor savings at scale.

My specialty is untangling disjointed processes to get at the root of real business problems, then working collaboratively to find the right solution. I never stop asking “why” — because shipping the wrong thing is costly.

I spent the past 4 years supporting Supply Chain UX at The Home Depot, where I led end-to-end design of mobile & desktop flows for a Warehouse Management System used in 80+ distribution centers across the USA.

Prior to transitioning to UX, 7 years in logistics & retail roles trained me in adaptability, problem solving, and being a team player -- but above all left me with an innate empathy for frontline users.

At The Home Depot, the UX team regularly partnered with users in the field for discovery, iterative design, workflow mapping, and on-site feature testing. Our customer-focused approach drove the success of continuous enhancements and new enablements in warehousing — even supporting a 12-building platform conversion from Legacy to Enterprise WMS.
